Belle Rowan-Ferris
is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to compassionate, whole-person care. With a decade of nursing experience and a rich life journey behind her, she brings not only clinical skill but heartfelt empathy into every patient interaction.

Belle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University and her RN and BSN degrees from Weber State University. Her background includes years in hospital-based care, where she built a strong foundation in acute care, women’s health, and patient advocacy. Now, in her role as an FNP, she is passionate about prevention, long-term wellness, and helping individuals and families navigate their health with confidence and dignity.

She believes deeply in second, third, and fourth chances, and she’s known for her approachability, sense of humor, her listening ear, and her ability to meet patients where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Belle has lived in Tooele, Utah since 2009 with her husband, teenage son, young daughter, a sheepadoodle dog, and a calico polydactyl cat. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spirituality, history, reading, hiking, fishing, animals, laughter, travel, and spending quality time with family and friends.
